About Luna

Welcome Luna, our delightful 12-year-old senior gal with a spirit that's ageless. She was rescued as a stray and brought to Greenville County Animal Care. Currently, Luna’s on the mend from an upper respiratory infection, eagerly awaiting her transition to her warm foster home post-recovery.

Luna's distinctively shaped tail narrates a story of adversity and quirky healing. Yet, her knowledge of commands like "sit" and "shake" paints a picture of happier times, possibly as a cherished family pet. With her attentive big ears and a heart overflowing with love, Luna will soon be ready to be the enchanting addition to any family.

A huge round of applause for Alyssa, our dedicated friend and fierce animal advocate, who reached out to Dog Squad to ensure Luna would be given the second chance she’s been waiting for.
