Meet Max, a remarkable 3-year-old Weimaraner searching for his forever home!
Max has faced some challenges, including difficulty navigating stairs due to painful open wounds on his paws, likely caused by scorching pavement. His back legs are atrophied, and he is slowly gaining strength and improving his coordination.
Max met Dr. Schmitz at Five Forks Animal Hospital for a comprehensive wellness checkup. The dedicated team administered essential vaccinations, conducted a fecal examination, and tenderly cared for his wounds.
Despite his recent challenges, Max remains a gentle soul, eager to shower his affection on those who care for him. While he may feel nervous as he adjusts to his new surroundings, his friendly nature shines through, as he has a deep yearning for human connection and companionship.
Max would thrive in a home where he can be the sole focus of attention. Being the only pet in the household would allow him to build trust, feel secure, and receive the undivided love he craves.
